Frequently Asked Questions

This page will be updated as we receive questions from guests.

How do I RSVP?

Click this link to go to our RSVP form. You will answer series of questions about your accommodation and attendance preferences. Complete all sections of the form until you reach the submit button. After clicking the submit button, you will receive a confirmation email. If you opt for onsite accommodation, you will receive an additional email within 1-2 days to coordinate your payment via PayPal. Keep in mind you can pay with your card through the link we send you, and you do not need to have a PayPal account.

Are pets allowed?

No. Unfortunately, Camp Hilltop does not allow pets of any kind on camp property. We understand this is difficult, and apologize in advance if this limits your ability to attend.

Do I have to stay onsite in the cabins?

No. You also have options to either bring your own tent and camp, or arrange your own offsite accommodations. Click this link to learn more about your accommodation options.

Do I have to stay for the whole weekend?

No. We understand that not everyone will be able to attend from Friday afternoon thru Sunday afternoon. You are welcome to attend for the portion that works for you. If you are unable to attend for the full weekend event, please indicate this when you complete your RSVP form.

Do the cabins have electricity?

Yes! They have lights and plenty of outlets. Additionally, they each have a full bathroom including showers.

Where do I park?

There will be parking onsite at the camp in designated areas determined by Camp Hilltop staff. Staff members will be onsite assisting with parking directions on the day of the wedding.

Is there a dress code?

There is not a dress code! Whatever you are comfortable in, whether that is formal or casual, is what we'd like you to wear. Show your authentic style! P.S. Ceremony will likely be held on a grass field, so I would suggest flat shoes or bringing your heels to change into before the reception.

How will I know who I am sharing a cabin with?

We will be taking the time to carefully match you with friends and/or family you know and love. We will send a follow-up email in the weeks leading up to the wedding with your cabin number and the names of the bunk mates you will be rooming with. We will also include a site map with labeled cabin numbers and camp facilities.

Can we push the bunks together in the cabins?

No. Camp Hilltop has asked us not to rearrange the cabins, and to leave the bunks as they are during our stay.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is prohibited in all buildings on Camp Hilltop property, but is permitted outside on the grounds.
